Materials and content
Users should ensure that the photos, videos, point clouds and other content uploaded have legal sources and necessary authorizations, and must not infringe the rights of third parties.
Services and fees
Product capabilities, quotas, storage, processing time and fees are subject to the purchase page, order or written agreement between the parties.
intellectual property
The relevant rights of MeTop.ai products, algorithms, software, interfaces and documents belong to their legal rights holders; rights to user materials and results are subject to agreement between the parties.
Service Adjustments and Disruptions
When it is necessary to adjust services due to upgrades, maintenance, security risks or force majeure, we will explain it within a reasonable range and try our best to reduce the impact.
Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation, refund and validity period of subscriptions, compute-credit packs and project services shall be subject to the purchase page, order, contract or written agreement between the parties.
Boundaries of responsibility
Reconstruction quality is affected by original material, acquisition environment, equipment and parameters; specific accuracy, format and delivery requirements should be confirmed before the project begins.
