What are trustworthy 3D assets? Why businesses can’t just save a 3D file

Second, the process is traceable: reconstruction tasks, algorithm versions and manual processing steps are recorded. Third, results can be reviewed: checkpoints, measurements, annotations, and version comparisons are supported. Fourth, delivery is controllable: assets are protected through member permissions, private links, and access records. Fifth, the results are reusable: the same assets can continue to be used for presentation, content production, project reporting and business systems.

Commodities and spaces have different requirements for “credibility”

The three-dimensional assets of the product focus on whether the appearance, structure, proportion, material and key details are consistent to avoid subsequent AI content generation that changes the product itself. Spatial assets focus more on structural integrity, scale relationships, measurement review, and time versions. Therefore, companies should determine the collection method and acceptance criteria based on the final use, rather than generating a model first and then temporarily judging whether it can be used.

How a business can start with its first project

It is recommended to select a real product or space to complete the first verification, and clarify the input material, output format, accuracy requirements, viewing method and data permissions in advance. After the project is completed, evaluate whether it is appropriate to expand to volume SKUs, engineering projects, or enterprise asset libraries.
